1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of AI Phones (the "Service"), an AI phone-receptionist product operated for Australian trade businesses. By signing up for the free 7-day audit or a paid plan, you agree to these terms.
2. The free audit
The 7-day audit is provided at no cost with no obligation to continue. We only handle calls diverted to us — your existing number and provider remain yours. You may cancel the audit at any time.
3. Paid plans
Ongoing plans are billed monthly at a flat rate. No lock-in contract. You can cancel for any reason and service will end at the close of your current billing period.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful, misleading, or harmful purposes, including impersonating other businesses or misusing recorded conversations.
5. Liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss.
